A story about a USA Navy Rear Admiral traitor using stolen funds destined for American weapons production in 1947 for his own illicit and criminal lifestyle, and then when he was now discovered by his superiors and not only did they reprimanded him but then they decided to terminate him of his Navy duty, and then he decided that he had to kill the weapons owner and continue supplying weapons and other sensitive trade with the new communist Chinese government that was paying him to be a traitor to the United States. And at his police chase's end, the consequences that he had to finally pay was quite extreme.
