M.E.T.A.L.

Sinds het debuutalbum Stairway To Fairyland uit 1999 is deze band uit zuid Duitsland het synoniem geworden voor hymnische melodische metal met swingende grooves en optimistische teksten. M.E.T.A.L. is een indrukwekkend album met een aparte naam. Volgens Bay is de albumtitel “tongue in cheek. After all, everybody knows that we don’t exactly play extremely raw death metal. We’re happy for our music to polarise the audience, which is precisely what’s been happening since we’ve announced it on Facebook.” Het is vanaf de eerste noot duidelijk dat dit album in de smaak gaat vallen bij de Freedom Call fans!
