*Lost Sleep, Missing Calm* analyzes the relationship between insomnia and anxiety among Nicaraguan college students aged 18 to 21. Based on a study conducted with 372 students at the American University (UAM), the book demonstrates that both issues are common and are significantly related. The results show that approximately three out of every four students experience some level of insomnia, and nearly half experience moderate or severe anxiety.In addition to explaining the causes and consequences of this relationship, the book offers practical strategies for improving sleep quality, managing anxiety, and promoting emotional well-being.
