Bol Some friends are worth finding. Some are better left lost.Martin Tyler flies into Los Angeles to track down a friend he hasn't seen in years - and within hours he's mistaken for a war hero he isn't, followed by a magazine writer with an agenda of her own, and jumped by a knife-wielding stranger in a dark alley. With no one else to trust, Martin hires private investigator Fitzpatrick McMurty: sharp, unflappable, and never without the stuffed raven perched on his office desk. Together they follow a trail of dead ends, double-crosses, and a decades-old fortune in stolen diamonds - straight into the path of a man who's been waiting a long time to collect what's owed him.Long Lost Friend is a previously unproduced screenplay by Verland T Whipple, presented here in its original screenplay format along with a full plot synopsis.
