Little People: Beneath Giant Shadows

Beneath the undergrowth, a forgotten world stirs. In the quiet Malaysian village of Seri Gunung Pulai, two curious schoolchildren uncover an ancient dagger buried near the forest waterfall-one that shouldn't exist, crafted for a hand no larger than a child's. Their science teacher, Cikgu Azam, sets out to investigate, but what he discovers upends everything: a hidden civilization of tiny people-the Silungites-who have lived unseen for generations. As young scout Suluh dares to reimagine his people's place in the forest, he begins forging an unthinkable alliance-with the wild civets themselves. But when a deadly eagle descends from the sky, Suluh's courage is put to the ultimate test, and the Silungites are forced to confront not just nature's dangers-but the looming threat of discovery by giants.Told in rich, cinematic prose, Little People: Beneath Giant Shadows is a breathtaking eco-fantasy about survival, trust, and the power of small voices in a vast and changing world.
