Limited company

This collection deals with various aspects of the limited liability company (Ltda. for short), regulated in Law No. 10.406, of January 10, 2002, which establishes the Civil Code, with emphasis on the participation of a foreign company in its share capital and the application of the theory of disregard of legal personality, in the event of its irregular dissolution, supported by Brazilian law, doctrine and jurisprudence.
