Letters to Myself Volume 2

In Volume 2 of the Letters to Myself series, a series geared towards teens and young adults around tough subjects, Jen Taylor, LCSW, takes her 23 years of experience as a New York-based spiritual psychotherapist to turn the focus to sexual assault, rape, and incest. These topics have long been considered taboo and are still not spoken of openly and honestly. Eighty percent of survivors - and we are SURVIVORS, not victims, of "Sexual Abuse" have one mental health issue. Fifty percent of survivors have two or more mental health diagnoses.
