LEADER is a person who guide, motivate and inspire other human individuals to do their work activities for producing goods and services which are necessary for well being of human communities on this earth. Each and every organisation which may be doing the activities in Industrial sector, professionals, politics or even an individual work for himself need a person having a proper knowledge, skills and experiences to guide them so that they can perform their duties in a effective and effective manner. The person who take initiative in such activities is a Leader.
