Last John: Book One: The Redemption Series

She was a mother running from the wreckage of her past-a life marked by survival, shame, and wrong choices. She would do whatever it took to keep her daughter safe. He was a retired cop, worn down by years of chasing justice, quietly preparing to meet his end. They met in El Paso, Texas, under a sky that had seen too much. Both were searching for the same thing: her redemption. Neither of them knew it. What seemed like a chance meeting was something far greater-a divine appointment written long before either of them knew to look. As their lives intertwine, they begin to see that grace doesn't come to the deserving-it comes to the desperate. That healing doesn't always look like salvation, and that sometimes, God sends the broken to heal, protect, and rescue the broken. Last John is a Southern Christian spiritual noir of redemption steeped in grit, grace, and the quiet hope that no one is too far gone. A story of sacred encounters, second chances, and the mysterious ways redemption finds us when we least expect it.
