Lacunae and Laocoӧn: For the Triumph of Democracy over Oligarchy

A tiny number of extremely wealthy men have taken power over our world, undermining democracy and encouraging the rise of fascism. Lacunae and Laocooen describes the 'lacunae', the gaps these oligarchs have created where they operate beyond the law, and the tools of misdirection they have used to divert our attention while they steal our world. The book includes details of knowledge and moral lacunae, as well as the legal lacunae that the oligarchs have created, allowing them to avoid paying taxing and to control the global money system. Practical proposals are offered to take back control of the world and bring the lacunae back under democratic control. The author proposes a coalition of honourable countries that, working together, can defeat the power of the oligarchs and reinvigorate global democracy.
