The story follows Jack, a teenage beggar haunted and forged by a brutal past, who joins a band of pirates for a free meal, but soon enough they will be stranded upon a foreing land. The wildlife residing there is too powerful for the lads to confront, because they have no weapons. And a fiend will soon set his hunt upon the lads. The antagonist amongst the crew will take the lead after he strikes down the elder, and so, they embark towards the city beyond the mountains. The further they go, the further in madness they do descent as well. The crew will suffer viscious deaths by the hand of the wildlife, and way worse by the hand of their fellow man.
