It's Just a Thought

It's Just a Thought is about getting on a path to enlightenment or awakening spiritually in the practice of unconditional love. However, there are many obstacles in the way that makes embodying unconditional love difficult or seemingly impossible.Our minds are full of thoughts constantly flying in and out of focus, crashing into each other and often contradicting one another. It's Just a Thought shows how and why this happens and how to tame those thoughts, quiet the mind are free up that energy to use constructively.When our minds are quiet, we have much more power to discover and tap into the power of unconditional love that we are born with but didn't realize we had. We become free of the opinions of others or the need to convince other people who we are. We are free to be authentic and allow others to tell their stories however they want without judging them or depending on their judgment. This allows us to experience true joy and radiate unconditional love all of the time.
