It's Always About You, Be Your Own Coach

More than 25 years ago, Becky participated in her first Louise Hay program, You Can Heal Your Life. It was the beginning of a life-long training to be a coach to herself and others. On the last day of the course, each participant was asked to dress up to represent their future selves. Becky came elegantly dressed as a lady, and carried the book she wanted to write. Here it is now, 25 years later. In the last summer before her husband passed away, he and Ginat rented a small apartment in the old city of Akko. One morning, standing on the porch looking over the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, Ginat recalled her dream of the previous night. She and Becky would write a book together! She called Becky to tell her the good news, and the journey began. The book presents vignettes of real and composite clients and of ourselves as we study our response to perceived difficulties and problems. Each short chapter finishes with a CTA-Call to Action-and a suggested affirmation. We offer these stories with love. Take what you like and leave the rest.
