In Attendance to A Journey of Healing

In Attendance to A Journey of Healing was written after the death of my mom. She passed away on January 28, 2025 "Truth is the way to Love" Over my life, I've carried the weight of my world, and this weight comprised of many things I dared not speak much of. I wished to protect others...I certainly wished to protect myself. From what? Guilt, shame, embarrassment, humiliation.... JUDGEMENT... I was judging myself harsher than any other could ever do... Upon shedding the truths that I hid behind these things...I found a way to Love...most importantly, to Love ME. >I can believe others when they tell me that I'm a good person. I can believe myself when I say the same. We can dress ourselves on the outside to look any way wish to others. We cannot disguise what we have within from ourselves...no matter how hard we try.
