The aim of the study is to investigate the expectations of Greek teachers from the introduction of this case in the Greek educational system and to highlight interesting and usable research conclusions regarding the importance of the introduction of mentorship, the role that the mentor is called upon to undertake, the characteristics that should distinguish him/her, as well as the main criteria for his/her selection.
