Impact of MONUSCO's Mandate on the Realization Human Rights

As in many countries where the UN is involved in peacekeeping operations, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, all segments of society have always closely followed the mission's activities. Given the length of MONUSCO's deployment, some might argue that the UN has failed in its mission in the DRC.
