At the age of eight, Henry got a close up of the world as there were never any holds barred.Henry's mom stood there with a knife in her hand saying what his dad would and would not do. She attacked him and he assaulted the weapon. He punched the knife. He knocked the knife into the next zip code. Did she stop? No, she got bolder. She should have gotten a clue from the glazed look in his eyes. Henry did, even though he had never seen that look; he knew something had changed.When his dad did not obey her as he normally would have, she should have known that something had changed.
