How Cancer Improved My Life

When twenty-nine-year-old Christine Schrader was diagnosed with stage four colorectal cancer, she refused to let fear or statistics define her. Instead, she opened her heart-and her journal-sharing the raw reality of treatment, the strength of family, and the stubborn joy she found in small, everyday moments. How Cancer Improved My Life is Christine's story in her own words: candid, faith-filled, and often laced with the humor that carried her through more than sixty rounds of chemotherapy. From hospital rooms to holiday celebrations, her reflections remind us that even in the darkest times, there is room for laughter, gratitude, and love.Lovingly compiled by her family, this book is more than a record of one young woman's fight; it is a testament to resilience, a legacy of encouragement, and a gift of hope for anyone facing life's hardest battles.
