Homeless Superhero- Superhero Book 2 - Aaron

Aaron and Ruth are in love. They don't deny it but according to the Council of Elders their relationship cannot be. Aaron is only sixteen and Ruth is fourteen years old. Within the polygamist community in which they live, girls Ruth's age are usually forced into marriage with older men. Most of these men have multiple wives. The Council of Elders reserves the most beautiful young girls for themselves. Some of the members of the Council have as many as ten or twelve wives. Young men and women are not allowed to associate with each other so that young girls remain available for the older men. When Aaron's father asks for Ruth to be his third wife, Aaron rebels and runs away from the community.Eventually Ruth's mother Charlotte realizes that she can't allow her daughter to marry a man twice her age. With the help of some good people, Charlotte and Ruth also leave the community. Aaron along with Charlotte and Ruth are eventually taken under the wing of The Homeless Superhero Foundation. A nonprofit organization that helps homeless people to find a home so that they can get off of the streets.With the help of this foundation Aaron, Charlotte and Ruth manage to find a new life away from the influence of the polygamist community that they have left behind.
