Bol This book contains stories from my life, events I have personally experienced, and methods that help me overcoming my midlife crisis. Of course, we are all different people in different life situations, and some of my stories may have nothing in common with yours. But ... Imagine for a moment someone studying to become an industrial engineer. They are not taught to design only railways, only bridges, or only elevators. They are taught the fundamentals, which they will later be able to apply in almost any field. This book will give you exactly those fundamental principles. They can be applied to any situation, but you will have to deal with each one yourself. I am only providing examples from my own life and from the lives of some of my friends and close ones.
