Same name, same first name, same family. And the same fate: Daniel Legrand, father and son, were arrested on November 14, 2001. They spent three years in prison, suspected of paedophilia in the Outreau case. While awaiting their trial, they lived the same torments: anxiety, despair, humiliation, in a daze at what was happening to them. Histoire commune is their story. A story with two voices, without hatred or pathos, in which the father, a worker from the North whose nature is whole and discreet, tells you how the trials endured did not make him give in, in spite of the pressures from a judge convinced of his guilt; in which the son, twenty years old at the time, shares with us in a sensitive manner the reasons which pushed him to submit.
