Designed to improve the organizational, planning, and instructional delivery skills of PK-12 classroom teachers, the approach and flow of the book takes classroom teachers through a chronological sequence of what to expect, how to properly prepare for such expected events, and how to learn from those experiences. Instruction in the areas of professional organization, planning, and learning theory, especially as it pertains to precluding student disciplinary issues, has been diminished in most teacher preparation programs.
