Hidden Diversion

When Dr. Elena Hart, a brilliant hospital pharmacist, discovers one missing vial of midazolam, she sees what everyone else wants to ignore: one vial may be evidence of something much bigger. Her controlled substance audit exposes a dangerous pattern involving anesthesia trays, falsified waste records, and powerful physicians willing to sacrifice anyone to stay protected. As Elena and pharmacy technician Millie Vincent follow the evidence, they uncover a conspiracy far darker than simple diversion. Outside the hospital, Elena manages the intricacies of a female-led relationship (FLR) with the same confidence, structure, and authority she brings to her investigation. Blending clinical pharmacy, medical mystery, hospital politics, and investigative suspense, Hidden Diversion introduces a fearless female pharmacist whose precision, authority, and courage make her the hospital's most dangerous truth-teller.
