Gathered from firsthand testimonies, these accounts assemble what might otherwise have remained scattered, untranslated, or lost forever. Many of the biographies presented here appear in English for the very first time, while some have never been properly transcribed in any language until now.Here, the reader is brought face-to-face with the real lives of clergy, laypeople, monastics, and servants who were made holy while living in our mundane, broken world.
