Have You Seen My Children

When researchers Jeff, Lynn, Mary, and Greg take on a new project for the Department of Health and Human Services, they expect to inspect forgotten history within North Carolina's abandoned asylums. Having barely survived their previous ordeal at Travis Hospital, the team heads to the derelict Heritage Hospital for the Underdeveloped, hoping for a routine investigation. Instead, behind a heavy set of fire doors, they uncover a horrific reality: a ring of vulnerable, abandoned children hiding in the shadows of the crumbling institution. As the team uncovers the tragic truth, they realize Heritage Hospital isn't just an abandoned ruin-it's a holding facility for a terrifying human trafficking operation run by dangerous criminals outside, while three unhinged, violent former inmates still lurk within the dark hallways. Forced to take protection into their own hands, Jeff, Lynn, Mary, and Greg must navigate escalating threats, deadly confrontations, and local police involvement to protect the children before they vanish forever.
