We can also deal in the same framework with the class of fractional systems, a subject which is gaining importance both in theoretical as well as in practical aspects of engineering. Time-Delay Systems are dealt here in a broad sense, with theoretical results covering both the analysis and synthesis of filters and controllers. Some applied computational points are also presented.
