Guarded from Above is Rav Grainom Lazewnik's personal account of his electrifying experiences during the years of World War II. Torn from his learning at Novardok yeshiva and forced into the Polish army, he later escaped the grip of Nazi captors and joined the partisans to help drive the retreating Germans back to Berlin.
