Grave of Lost Dreams Awakening

A chilling prequel to Grave of Lost Dreams"A thought provoking take on religion and what a person/person's would do for power.""There's something undeniably compelling about the story, especially the supernatural elements and the almost chaotic, unsettling tone woven throughout."Where faith ends, fanaticism begins-and sometimes, they wear the same face. In the secluded town of Aurora Pines, eighteen-year-old Dabria is revered by the people as the descendant of the Goddess Anahita. But her high status comes at the cost of her own autonomy. Under the demands of Father Flynn-a man leading the church as their spiritual leader and Dabria's guide, she is told she must conceive a daughter to continue the bloodline. She denies him, insisting that she deserves free will just as much as any other human being, but to Flynn, she's merely a vessel to ensure the church's safety for another generation. As her continued defiance shatters her sense of self, her ancestral powers awaken, turning the small town into a battleground between the fanatics, the faithful and the unfaithful.
