The FRS (Family Radio Service) section explains walkie-talkie usage limits, and the limits of their communications with GMRS Radios.GMRS devices can generally communicate with Family Radio Service (FRS) walkie-talkies. GMRS usage requires a license and operators are required to follow rules.
