What changes when the instrument changes? Volume II extends the study of exact construction beyond the classical straightedge-and-compass setting. It examines the Poncelet-Steiner theorem, marked rulers and neusis constructions, fixed-opening and rusty compasses, parallel rulers, restricted instruments, paper folding, and the algebra of origami. The later chapters recast construction as reachability and algorithmic execution. They compare construction systems, study invariants and impossibility, and ask what mathematical instruments teach us about data, operations, constraints, time, and proof. The result is a rigorous and accessible account of constructive power: not only what can be built, but why a change of instrument changes the universe of reachable objects.
