Fugitive

At twenty-three, I stood before Peru's highest naval authority with proof of their betrayal-a six-month commission that had become a two-year sentence I never agreed to. The documents were clear. The deception was undeniable. But the Admiral refused to listen. So, I threw my hat at the Admiral. What happened next transformed me from decorated serviceman to fugitive in a single afternoon.I ran.Through the base. Past the gates. Out of the country that same day. This is the story of how institutional injustice ignites rebellion, how a split-second act of defiance can exile you from everything you know, and how one explosive moment became the catalyst for an entirely different life one I could never have imagined. Some escapes are not just physical. Some forge who you became.
