There are four aspects of every human being: the Body, the Mind, the Heart, and the Soul. When we nurture all of these, it allows us to feel internally whole. These four aspects are our fundamental "stairways" to personal growth. However, we tend to have a stronger relationship with one aspect of ourselves moreso than the others. So, are you a Body-Person, a Mind-Person, a Heart-Person, or a Soul-Person? Which of these stairways are you climbing in your personal growth journey?
