Bol The food delivery services market in Bangladesh has rapidly evolved, driven by digital platforms enhancing convenience. This study explores industry dynamics, emphasizing food apps and key challenges. Digital payments, aligned with the global cashless shift, gained traction post-COVID-19. Using a positivist approach and a deductive methodology, the research employs a mono-method, questionnaire-based survey of 100 participants, including consumers, delivery personnel, and restaurant partners. It evaluates eco-friendliness, employment issues, and technology while upholding ethical standards. Findings highlight that while these factors shape the ecosystem, priorities like fast delivery, real-time tracking, and user-friendly interfaces are crucial. Addressing labor concerns-fair pay, job security, and workers' rights-is imperative. Regulatory navigation is key for sustainability. This research equips businesses, policymakers, and stakeholders with insights to enhance operations, customer satisfaction, and sustainable practices, fostering industry growth and economic progress while protecting workers and consumers.
