Excellence with a Soul

Excellence is not just an ideal we aspire to reach; it is an intrinsic nature we choose to reveal. This means we should not merely relate to excellence as an external reality we are trying to attain. It is the DNA within us that is to be manifested to the world. God is excellent in nature, and His output reveals His innate excellence. As God's children made in His image and likeness, we have the dominant genes of excellence, and this is to be demonstrated in all we do.This book communicates the mindset, character, culture and attitude that power the output of excellence. The 'what', 'why', and 'how' of excellence are portrayed so strongly and succinctly such that the spirit, soul, and essence of excellence is imparted upon the reader. When you read this book, it becomes easy to find the path to genuine excellence. At the end of the book, there is a link to resources to further support readers in their pursuit of excellence, including a BONUS Excellence with a Soul® The Genesis Worksheet for readers to self-evaluate and make a commitment toward excellence in small and big things.
