Everyone Is a Manager Now

AI didn't remove you from the org chart. It quietly promoted you. When machines can produce on command, the human job moves upstream. Deciding what matters. Directing the work. Judging the result. Keeping it all aligned. That job has a name. We've had it for a century, mostly reserved for people with the title. The name is management and it now belongs to everyone. The engineer directing five AI agents is a manager now. The marketer reviewing machine drafts is a manager now. So is the analyst whose queries run themselves, and the new hire briefing a tireless intern that knows everything and understands nothing. Managers, all of them, whether or not anyone changed their title or their pay. Everyone Is a Manager Now is a short, practical book about work after AI, told through one founder's journey from teenage immigrant to building a billion-dollar company, an engineer turned entrepreneur, including the up and downs, the lessons and the failures.
