A Tale of True Grit, True Love, and Survival Chasing Dreams of FlyingI am adventurous by nature and not afraid of creating change.Twenty-five years ago, I decided to fly my Lancair SuperES from Montana to Florida to hang out with family and loungebeneath palm trees in a snow-free setting. Eventually, I left Floridaand returned to Michigan to raise my sons. I also decided to leaveflying behind to concentrate solely on my boys. In theory,change can be a good thing-almost like a vacation in some people'seyes, including mine. But the fun of flying soon beckoned me,and the need to explore drove me to become a part of theexperimental aircraft community again.
