The purpose of this study is to assess comparison of effectiveness of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization exercises and stretching in individuals having forward head posture. Methodology: A convenient sampling will be conducted with a total number of 30 patients between the age group (20-60 years) divided into two groups: Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization Exercises (n=15) and Stretching (n=15). Participants will undergo a 3-week intervention with the DNS group performing strengthening exercises four sets daily, 10 repetitions in each set and stretching group performing 6 stretches with 3 repetitions each held for 30 seconds for 3 times per week. Results: The paired samples to examine changes in CV angle before and after intervention showed significant improvement in CV angle in both the DNS exercises and stretching groups. The independent t-test showed there is no significant difference between DNS exercises and Stretching groups in pre or post treatment CV angle.CONCLUSION: The study concluded that following a 3-week intervention, both the dynamic neuromuscular stabilization exercises and stretching seem to be effective in treating forward head posture.
