It's Christmastime in New York, in the year 2000. Dave Carter is a teen boy in New York when he stumbles on a conspiracy involving a large corporation conducting genetic experiments. Soon he finds himself captured, transformed into a dragon and then on the run with four other victims as the company desperately tracks them.
