Christmas Day attacks on American infrastructure disrupt communications, affecting families across the country. The sixth extinction event in Earth's history is just beginning. After successful missions in Operations Desert Wind and Distal Watchman, Katy Morgan and the Delta Whiskey hostage rescue team are tasked with rescuing American doctors and scientists being held at the virology institute in Wuhan, China.
