A twisted tale of sadistic sorcerers and the monsters they create unfolds in a city known as “the Hole.” People on the streets are plucked for gruesome experiments in the dark arts. In a grim alley, Nikaido meets Caiman, a man with a reptile head and severe amnesia. To break the spell, they hunt and kill the sorcerers of the Hole, hoping to strike down the right target. When En, the head sorcerer, learns of a lizard-man rampage, he sends a team of “cleaners” into the Hole, sparking a war between two worlds. En’s murder throws his gang into chaos as Shin and Noi chase the killer’s trail. Meanwhile, Nikaido and Asu join forces to find the elusive Caiman, and the Cross-Eyes press on to meet their boss, unaware of his role in En’s death or that their path leads directly into danger. A brutal clash of orders and loyalties looms, promising a battle royale of the bloodiest kind.

The story intertwines dark magic, anatomy, and vendetta across a decaying urban landscape, with high-stakes chases and shifting allegiances that push the characters to their limits.
