Diagnosis of Technical Shortcomings in Cattle Farming Practices

This study was made possible thanks to a rigorous collection of information through bibliographical research, direct observation and survey interviews. These data were obtained in collaboration with the students I had the honor of supervising during their final year of study. The aim of this study is not to draw up an inventory of dairy cattle farming, but to propose an intervention program based on reasoned and objective actions, aimed at identifying opportunities for the sustainable development of dairy cattle farming. The aim of this study is to highlight the relationship between the level of mastery of breeding practices and the zootechnical results of the cow-dairy unit, which are often inadequate in beef production units.
