Can we ever live in peace and harmony? Can we bring about a healthier mental mindset by just being there for each other with no prejudices and divisions? This book is a very open interpretation of the author, about what is happening around him and his thoughts. He deduces various theories, and generalisations about the small and the big occurring's which he thinks and feels holds true during the time of his writing. It isn't a philosophical telling, rather only an analysis and theory which he himself doesn't strictly abide by but he has experienced nonetheless. Overall, the book opines to the fact that he is dealing with a barrage of thoughts and emotions, and that dealing with our mental turbulence needs to be spoken more about in our everyday society, especially in such a diverse country like India where there so many opinions and miscommunications, hoping that we can find similarity amongst us.Speaking out is the easiest way to come out our dark phases of life and in that we can find another one experiencing the same hoping for peace and harmony.
