CRADLE OF THE STARS: ORIGINS

Read the prequel to the Comyenti Series today! Can be read before or after Book One. Long before the events in Call Off the Search, the fate of an entire species rested in the hands of one visionary. As a member of the Comyenti Council, the Circle of Eight, the revered keepers of knowledge on the paradise world of Yentil, Shinze foresees a catastrophe that will bring her civilisation to the brink of extinction. Convinced that survival lies beyond the stars, she and some of her people embark on a desperate journey across the universe to a new home. But the planet they find is nothing like the one they left behind. On Bhan, a world of lower frequencies and harsher realities, the gifted comyenti struggle to adapt. Their extraordinary abilities fade, their memories begin to fracture, and the primitive human inhabitants view them with fear and suspicion. As tensions rise and ancient wisdom collides with human ambition, Shinze and the other surviving comyenti must find a way for two vastly different species to coexist. If they fail, the comyenti will lose far more than their new home-they may lose themselves forever.
