Cool Kids Speak German Book 2

Cool Kids Speak German book 2 has been written with primary school aged children in mind by a qualified and experienced foreign languages teacher. This book may however also interest older children as it is filled full of fun worksheets, wonderful word searches and lovely colouring pages. The topics covered in this book include Pet animals, Numbers 11-20, Sport, Weather, Drinks and the House. This book follows on from book 1 as within many of the topics there is also a review of some general German phrases, numbers 1-10 and the colours. Each topic begins with a page full of images and the German words for the topic. Progression throughout each of the topics has been carefully planned as the activities practice only a few of the new words at any one time, and gradually introduce simple sentence structures. At the back of the book there is a useful German English word list and also the answer section. Learning a new foreign language at an early age can be an enjoyable and useful experience, and this book would be a great way for any child to learn German.
