Contribution from an Agricultural Cooperative

In a region where agriculture is the mainstay of survival, this work analyzes the influence of the Groupement d'Intérêt Économique (GIE CKK) on the daily lives of coffee growers in the Beni and Lubero territories.Main themes :Support mechanisms: the role of agronomists and improved seeds in coffee-growing modernization.Socio-economic transformation: Impact of the cooperative on household income and access to basic needs.Development Limits: Analysis of obstacles to savings and economic diversification in rural areas.Contribution:The author demonstrates that the cooperative is a powerful tool for stabilization, while emphasizing that capital accumulation requires long-term support.
