This comparative interventional study aimed to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of plyometric exercises and sensorimotor training in improving foot function, balance, and postural stability among individuals diagnosed with flexible flatfoot. A total of 30 participants aged between 18 and 25 years, clinically diagnosed with flexible flatfoot, were included in the study. Participants were randomly assigned into two equal groups consisting of 15 individuals each. Group A underwent a plyometric exercise program, while Group B participated in a structured sensorimotor training program. While both techniques proved effective, plyometric training showed superior outcomes in enhancing dynamic balance in individuals with flexible flatfoot. The study concluded that plyometric exercise should be considered as a preferred intervention for flatfoot rehabilitation. Limitations of the study included a small sample size, short intervention duration, and absenceof long-term follow-up.
