Combating Corruption and Other Organizational Pathologies

The book shows not only the causes and consequences of the occurrence of the organizational pathologies, but also a unique model of combating corruption – the bribe buyer behavior model. The book provides a methodology of diagnosing the susceptibility of an organization and its staff to corruption and fraud. The effective use of human resources and tangible or intangible assets are key components of an organization's success in the turbulent environment of the modern world. Such effective use requires the skillful application of the methods and procedures of management science.
