Superster Robbie Williams heeft al 12 twaalf studioalbums op zijn naam staan, maar een kerstalbum zat er nog niet bij. Tot nu toe: The Christmas Present is een dubbelalbum met nieuwe kersthits en traditionele covers. Op het album staan duetten met onder meer Jamie Cullum, Bryan Adams en Rod Stewart.The Christmas Present bestaat uit twee discs, Christmas Past en Christmas Future, met in totaal 24 tracks op de standaard editie en 28 op de deluxe editie. Het dubbelalbum bevat eigen songs van Robbie én kerstklassiekers als Winter Wonderland, Santa Baby, Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) en Merry Xmas Everybody. Samen met zijn vader Peter Conway nam Robbie de track It’s A Wonderful Life op.Robbie Williams: “I’m beyond excited to announce my first ever Christmas album. I’ve done a lot in my career and releasing this record is another dream come true. Making this album has been so much fun and I can’t wait for you all to hear it.”
