"Christ Jesus and the Jews" is a strong testimony of the power of Jesus in the healing of a traumatized and tormented soul.In one of author's first visits to the Palestinian Territories God made her aware of the parallel that exists between the suffering and the sickness of the Jews and her lifelong post-traumatic stress and addiction. He ordered her to write this book.After an introduction and analysis of what occurs in addiction and the underlying trauma, the author describes how at the depth of a down-going process the soul has to choose between life and death. Desperate as she was, she admitted her powerlessness before Jesus and surrendered to Him.Likewise Israel is caught in addiction and in an illusion of power, which drives her down to her self-destruction. Written in Samaria, in the midst of the occupied Palestinian Territories, the dramatic actuality appears in the daily events the author describes. They demonstrate how Israel is driving down to her depth-point, on which she hopefully comes to acknowledge her powerlessness and to the consciousness that there is only One who can save her. Then Israel will say: "Blessed is He who comes in the Name of the Lord" Mt. 23:37-39.
