Business law is studied on a wide variety of courses, where students who have no previous experience of studying law have to deal with subjects as varied as the English legal system, company law and employment law. This updated edition contains additional chapters on sale of goods law, including the changes introduced by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.
